Non-repayable funding for under-35s who are inactive, unemployed, in the GOL programme or 'working poor' and start a business in the South (personal services such as salons are among the eligible activities; only primary agriculture, fishing and aquaculture are excluded). You get a start-up voucher up to €40,000 (up to €50,000 with the bonus) or a 75% grant on investments up to €120,000 (70% up to €200,000). Catch: Invitalia tutoring is compulsory, you need a 10% deposit and premises; you can't have run a business with the same ATECO code in the previous 6 months. Apply online with SPID in the Invitalia personal area; first come, first served.

Scout lists details from the organiser's own page. Check dates and eligibility there before you apply.
