Zero-interest loans for small businesses (set up within the last 60 months) run mostly by young people under 35 or by women, anywhere in Italy; trade and tourism businesses such as restaurants and bars can apply. The catch: since 1 July 2026 the grant part has run out, so new applications get only the subsidised loan. Apply online on the Invitalia platform; requests are checked in order of arrival.
