The Centre-North twin of Resto al Sud: non-repayable help for under-35s without stable work (inactive, unemployed, GOL, working poor) who open a business in 12 regions from Piedmont to Lazio and Marche. Almost all sectors qualify, including salons; you get a voucher up to €30,000 (up to €40,000 with the bonus for innovative or green spending) or grants on bigger investments. Catch: 10% deposit in a dedicated account and a business plan after approval. Apply online with SPID/CIE, digital signature and PEC; first come, first served, no ranking.

Scout lists details from the organiser's own page. Check dates and eligibility there before you apply.
