A free 10-week online programme from McKinsey's nonprofit arm, about 2 hours a week in English: problem solving, communication, digital skills and adaptability, taught with McKinsey's own methods. It's for people starting work within 12 months or with under 5 years of experience, living in an eligible country (Italy and most of Europe included), so it fits final-year students best.

Scout lists details from the organiser's own page. Check dates and eligibility there before you apply.
