Two-year fellowship for young water professionals who already have an innovation tackling a water challenge, with mentoring, events and a network. Open to: people aged 18 to 35 (no older than 35 by Dec 2028) who hold active IWA Young Water Professional membership or are Grundfos employees; former fellows and IWA LeaP or mentorship participants are excluded. Apply in English with CV, motivation letter, reference letter and a two-page innovation proposal; the catch is that it requires sustained commitment over two years and gives no funding for the innovation itself. Water sector, ages 18–35.
