Grants that pay for a PhD student or early postdoc to attend a neuroscience course or school. Open to: PhD students and early-career postdocs within 5 years of starting their first postdoc; students at an IBRO-Supported School apply to that school instead. Priority goes to applicants from under-resourced backgrounds. Next step: apply through the IBRO grants portal when the April 2027 round opens. Catch: conferences and lab exchanges are not covered, and 20% is paid only after the course report.
