Nine-week summer research programme in a CSHL lab, mainly biology, open also to engineering, chemistry, computer science, maths and physics students. Open to: sophomores and juniors (or equivalent) returning to a degree afterwards; students of any nationality, but non-US students must be enrolled full-time at a US college on a student visa (limited exceptions for partner universities). Catch: attendance for the full cohort dates is required. Next step: submit application and recommendation letters by 15 Jan; status by end of March.
