Five-month paid traineeship at the Council's General Secretariat. Open to: EU citizens (and citizens of candidate countries that have concluded accession negotiations) who have completed the first part of university studies and hold a degree or equivalent by the deadline, with good French or English. The catch: anyone with more than 8 weeks of previous in-service training at an EU institution is excluded, and the page gives no deadline dates or grant amount.
